Austin and Julie once roamed the same hallways of high school. Austin was two grades above Julie and a "band geek" but that didn't stop her from totally "crushing" on the older guy. Years later they reunited at a Christmas party.  The two chatted away catching up, danced, and left with each other on their minds.

Julie then held an informal party at her house and invited Austin. She perfectly applied her makeup and spent countless hours on her outfit and hair. All for Austin...who never showed up. Typical right?

But as fate has it, a month later, the two ran into each other again at the Emerald Rose. Austin finally asked her out for a movie and drinks.

They've been together ever since. He loves her laugh and she loves the way he can always make her laugh. We enjoyed shooting their engagement session in Rockport, MA and are thrilled to be shooting their wedding this May.

Their story changes depending on who you ask. Like most love stories, there's a His and Hers version. Mary and Eric met at a bar through a mutual friend. Eric went home that night alone after she didn't give him the time of day. Mary must have made quite the impression because Eric asked a mutual friend for her number.
Mary says she remembers it differently. Either way, Eric managed to sweep her off  her feet and they've been in love ever since. We are thrilled to be shooting their wedding next June!

Blog readers, today I have the distinct privilege of introducing you to baby William!

I think we can all agree, his adorable little face should earn him a spot on the cover of every baby magazine in the nation! Seriously, I'm practically melting from cuteness overload! William slept most of the way through the session. And when he wasn't sleeping he was calmly looking around the family's yard where we shot. We had beautiful weather, and even the family's dog Nugget got involved! They are a beautiful family so we had such a hard time choosing the final photos!

I can’t wait to see how baby William grows and changes in the upcoming months! Hopefully I will get to shoot the many milestones to come!

Spring Happenings | Boston Gardens Engagement

We met Stephanie and Eric bright and early out in the Boston Gardens to start their engagement shoot. Luckily we had beautiful weather and the green grass and blooming flowers made for some great photos! Both of them looked great in the photos but you could tell they were both eager to move onto our next shoot location at Fenway Park!
